Not anybody that I know
here has a stripe when they
are E2. As far as I know no one
gets a strip until E3 called
private first class unless
they buy it. Knowing Mike
he probably figured it looked
nice so he had it sewed on
along with the badge on his shoulder.
one guy here got moved with sargents
stripes and a lieutenants hat on according
to what everyone says.
